The popular kitchen (cuisine) Antioqueña is catalogued, not only in Colombia, but between (among) the foreigners as one of the most desired eaten ones, being the Tray Paisa the one that takes the honors to itself.
The tray Paisa exists from the time of the conquest, since the Spanish were attended by the native ones that were serving his (her, your) viandas in trays “trays of wood” stews in his (her, your) own (proper) season his (her, your) natural products harvested by them themselves.
Later in the epoch of the arriería for his (her, your) abundance, components and traditional flavor, the muleteers antioqueños chose her as his (her, your) favorite plate to support his (her, your) long and exhausting days. It is because of it that today in the whole Colombia and abroad he is known as the Tray Paisa, food of to muleteer or plate montañero.
The components of the tray paisa always must be the same and his (her,your) preparation does not imply great difficulty, the key is in the boiling of the beans in such a way that they remain soaked well, the rest is a question of carpentry that there can handle any person who knows a bit about kitchen(cuisine).
The bandeja that I present in the photo it is one of his(her,your) forms(ways) of presentation, being most desired by the retainers, nevertheless others serve it with some of his(her,your) separated components.

la verdad nos pareció muy bueno todo este proyecto por que asì pudimos saber y aprender un poco de su idioma y ustedes también un poco del nuestro y porque ustedes también pudieron conocer un poco de nuestras costumbres y un poco de nuestros platos típicos .

No parecio un proyecto muy creativo ya que pudimos compartir con personas de otros paises, aprendiendo asi sus culturas por ejemplo sus comidas tipicas, vestuarios, etc.
